Questions

What are your top tips for productivity?

In terms of productivity, my main things are to have a clear space and to not compare yourself to others. Everyone gets things does at their own pace, so it is absolutely okay if you’re not able to match the energy someone else has. Recently I just cleared my room of the clutter and I feel better mentally because I’m no longer surrounded by things that I don’t need. For me at least, it creates an environment that is perfect for motivation and productivity.

What’s your favorite motivational quote?

My favorite quote is “Fate loves the Fearless”, and it’s actually the quote that I have on the cover of my journal!

It’s a pretty simple quote but it always inspires me to work harder. It reminds me that I shouldn’t be afraid of the future, because even though I don’t know what’s going to happen I should always reach for the stars and aim for the best for myself.

What does an ideal productive day look like?

Before I tell you about my ideal productive day, I want to let you know that every day isn’t like this, and that I still do have days where I relax and watch TV for the most of the day. But on days where I actually want to get things done, it’s a little bit different.

Cream and Pink Love Stories Instagram Story (1)

Since I’m the worst sleeper ever, I’ll wake up at 6 (i actually wake up at 5 but i don’t get up until 6) and stretch a bit while listening to music. It’s honestly really relaxing and helps me wake up more. I’ve also been trying to get into podcasts, so if you know of any good ones please let me know in the comments!!

Once I eat breakfast which is sometimes pancakes, I’ll sit with my siblings or go outside and start doing what I need for the day.

Lately, it’s been reading the assigned books for summer reading, and working on blog posts.

TIP: Make a list with everything you need to do so you’ll know what you need to accomplish, and it helps because you’ll feel more obligated to finish everything.

How do you get inspiration for blog posts?

I have a journal that I use only for blogging as well as a page in my Notes section on my phone where I have post outlines, ideas, and random thoughts that I write down whenever. Later on I can build on the random thoughts and ideas, and the outlines can just become posts.

But I really just get my inspiration from literally anything. From a book I’m reading to a conversation with my family, anything can become a post idea.

What are your top three book recommendations?

I can’t think of three and this usually changes from time to time, but right now it is How to Be Remy Cameron, and Felix Ever After (even if I haven’t read it yet because I KNOW it will be good).

I Nominate…

SaRitzy

Meghan @ Meghan’s Teen Life

Adena @ Confessions of a Sassy Teenager

Cassidy @ cassidyhstyles

Rain @ The Withering Blog

I couldn’t think of 4 more people, so I hope that it’s okay!!
